Cant delete my account

Hi. Imo is an AMAZING app! I can easily contact my friends and family around the world for free! I have an iPhone and I have been using it for a while with my old phone number; but now, I changed my number and I cant delete my old account on imo! I go to the setting, click on delete my account and I enter my number and click delete. But every time, the keyboard stays on the screen and nothing happens. I tried this several times and also asked other people to try to delete their account but they couldnt as I. I also uninstall the application but when I reinstall it, it opens up with the same account. Please fix this! Thank you.
